Saragala Universal Matte Sealer

Saragala is a matte sealer that can be used with both Heat Set Paints (oil based) or any Air Dry Paints.

If you want matte finish, just keep pouncing the product until it dries and turns matte ( takes around 10 seconds ) or if you want a satin finish, don't pounce as much or until you get that look.

Also, you can keep it shiny for lip or ear area, if you apply a tiny amount of product with a brush.  You can put it in the oven, just like heat set mediums, or you may let it air dry.
