** Canceled Orders **
For Orders that are submitted and paid: If they are canceled before we ship,
we will refund the total less the
6% Processing/Transaction Fees*

*These are fees from the original transaction purchase that are not returned to us when we issue a refund.

The PayPal statement reads: "If seller refunds a payment for goods or services, for any reason, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees we originally paid as the seller are not returned to us and will be deducted from our PayPal account."

**RETURNS**
Please Contact Us first at DollsbySandie@aol.com for authorization number before sending any item back.
  (Otherwise return may not be accepted and credit cannot be issued)

Every product comes with our guarantee. If upon initial inspection, product is damaged, defective or incorrect in any way, please contact us immediately at DollsbySandie@aol.com

If an item needs to be returned to us, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.

If you wish to Return an item for your own reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
   (shipping, in either direction, is your responsibility). After contacting us, we will give you the option of Store Credit* or Refund**

* Store Credit - will be issued for the Full Amount paid for the returned item(s) only, not the shipping
** Refunds - Returned item(s) will be Refunded less the 6% Original Processing/Transaction Fees charged by PP/CC
    (When you order, PayPal/Credit Card Transaction/Processing Fees are charged, these fees are not returned to us when we issue Refunds)

All Returned Items must be in original packaging and wrappings
- All original paperwork (COAs) must be returned (if applicable)
- If the returned item/items do not meet these conditions, a 15% Restocking Fee will be charged
- ALL returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the order   
- DO NOT Return anything until you have emailed us at DollsbySandie@aol.com first
Please send any returns to us in postage paid packaging.
We suggest getting delivery confirmation or insurance as we are NOT responsible for return items that do not arrive to us.

** Missing Item in Order **
If an item you ordered is missing, contact us immediately so we can help you. Please note, for stock control, we now photograph each order before we ship and we use a double check procedure to avoid mistakes.  However, we are human and they do happen on rare occasions.

** Damaged Item in Order **
Items and packaging photos will be required of all contents and box if any item/items are damaged.  We will file a claim with shipping company or product manufacturer if needed and send a replacement after photos are received.  DO NOT discard the item, as it may need to be returned to us for credit in many instances (we will provide prepaid return label if necessary). Credit or replacements will not be issued without photo proof of damage.

** Missing Order Shipment **
Tracking numbers are emailed to you when we print your shipping label.
Please make sure your email address on the order is correct.
Please follow this link to follow your package.
If your tracking reads "Delivered" and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office immediately. Carriers scan the package upon delivery and the scanners have a GPS locator so they know exactly where and when it was delivered.

** Chargeback **

We are here to help you and we will do all we can to work with you to resolve the issue.

If you do not contact us and you file a Chargeback, We will no longer accept future orders from you.

Should you place a new order and pay for that order, we will Cancel it and Refund it immediately minus the 6% processing/transaction fee charged by Paypal in the original transaction.
